Please note: If you are currently enrolled in our online education and have any questions regarding the course content, email your instructor .  Please include your phone number and you will be contacted by the end of the business day.

Q: Do I need to buy a textbook?

A: The study material and textbook for this course is available online. Upon enrolling you will receive access to our FREC-approved online Real Estate pre-license course.

Q. What kind of computer can I use?

All courses are Windows PC and Mac OS compatible. If you are having issues accessing our courses, please contact technical support.

Q. Can more than one person take a course at the same time?

A. No. Only the student who has enrolled in and paid for the course can receive credit for it.  It's just like a classroom course; everyone must enroll separately and do the work.

Q. What are the lessons like?

A. The course is divided into lessons that take on average 20-30 minutes. The lessons cover focused, easy-to-understand topics and include multiple-choice questions. In other words, after a few screens of text, you will be asked to answer several questions about what you have read.  As you progress through the lesson, the computer keeps track of your score so you always know how well you are doing. After the entire lesson has been presented once-through, the computer will go back to the questions you missed or had problems with and review them in random order. You'll keep working on the lesson until you've answered all the questions correctly on two occasions. At that point, the lesson will be marked as complete on the main menu. You can quit a lesson at any time and a bookmark will save your place, so you don't have to repeat work you've already done when you return.

Q: How much time do I have to complete the course?

A: You have up to one year from the date of enrollment to complete the course.

Q. What do I do after I've completed the course?

A. After completing all lessons, in order to get course credit you must submit your affidavit attesting to the fact that you completed the course yourself. In addition, some courses require a final exam.
